Not only do we have the largest incentive in greater Tulsa, we have also fundamentally increased the value of our homes in several ways.  First, we have increased the builder warranty on all Shaw new construction homes to 2 years.  Secondly, we now have the longest warranty in Tulsa!  All Shaw Homes now have a 10 year structural warranty to give you the peace of mind you deserve when having a new home built.  The 2 year and 10 year warranties apply only to Shaw new construction homes contracted on or after 12/03/2010.
