When you have trouble with your car, you ask a friend or family member for a referral to a good mechanic.  The same principle applies when choosing a builder, however the importance is infinitely greater.  Nothing says "this is a great company" better than the letters we receive from our customers.

We just wanted to write to thank you for the wonderful service we received from Dave Dumont in helping us to design the plans for our Shaw home.

When we met Dave, we were impressed immediately with his friendliness and willingness to help us build the perfect home for our needs.  We left his office after our first encounter with the assurance that Dave was the person we wanted to work with in building our dream home. 

The level of service Dave provided in helping us to design our home was exceptional.  He helped us create a truly one-of-a kind custom floor plan that would meet the needs of our family and the space limitations of an oddly-shaped lot.  Many hours of planning and thought were involved in the creation of our plan, and Dave never hesitated to take time to meet with us to make changes, to offer suggestions, and to answer questions.  He was always readily available—on the phone or at his office whenever we needed his help.

Designing a home can be challenging.  Having Dave’s support made the process go smoothly.  Dave’s friendly attitude, patience, and commitment to service are qualities that put us at ease each time we met.  He never hesitated to take the extra effort to ensure that our Shaw home would be our dream home.

Dear Shaw Homes,

We just wanted to write to thank you for the wonderful service we received from Dave Dumont in helping us get started looking for our first home.

We have been looking for a home since early January 2010. We knew where we wanted to live and what we were looking for, but we needed that little extra information before really purchasing a home.

When Dave contacted me, he not only met with Brettina and I that day, but he gave us a lot of great information about buying a home. He spent over an hour with us asking exactly we were looking for and how everything was coming along. The great thing is, he didn't stop there. He talked with us about the pre-approval process, how credit affected the approval and the "rules" of the system, and he got us in contact with a wonderful lender.

I have had no other person make me feel like family! Other people really didn't seem as interested in our well-being or get us looking at houses we really wanted, but Dave was helpful and showed he cared by listening and showing the very best. We are talking about a 30 year investment into our lives. That is the next biggest investment besides a marriage! Thank you Dave for taking the time to help us.
