To do this, communication and trust are incredibly important.  With a combined building experience of over 70 years, Shaw Homes and Terry Davis Homes asks that you trust us with your buyers, and let us help you, help them.

As soon as you start working with a buyer, register them with us.  We will contact them to see if they would entertain the idea of buying an existing market ready home we have completed, or have us build one, all the while edifying you as their agent.  This call highlights your professionalism by calling in the right team to assist them with new construction.  By registering them early in the relationship, you can help prevent losing a commission because a buyer "wanders" into a builder without you, and doesn't register you as their representation because you didn't send them.  The day you list their home for sale, register them with us.  Our call to them will reinforce your commitment to help them with every aspect of their housing needs.

It is the policy of Shaw Homes and Terry Davis Homes to honor the same sales price on our homes if a Realtor is involved or not.  We never give any type of incentive to a buyer who is not represented by a real estate professional.  We love working with buyers who have Realtor representation because quite simply, they know they have a professional in their corner with their best interests in mind.
